The goal was to create a modern and functional space, ideal for both entertaining and everyday living.  These 2600 ft ² metamorphosed into an open concept perfect for lounging, hosting, socializing, relaxing, cooking and eating, – where all can happen in the same place.

Furniture placement was an integral part in defining separate areas. 

Carefully curated furniture and furnishings, mostly of well-known European manufacturers, completed the warm, cozy, and luxurious atmosphere.

These upscale pieces are set in a canvas of highly detailed custom millwork. It envelopes the private residence while concealing massive amounts of storage and secret passages into private sanctuaries in the master suite.

The designer’s aesthetic language and vision resulted in a home where the repetitive use of textures, neutral colours and single line lighting elements creates a unifying rhythm of clean lines and strong spatial geometry.
